Elisabeth Blumenstock

Elizabeth Blumenstock is a long-time concertmaster, soloist and director of the Philharmonia Baroque and the American Bach Soloists in the San Francisco Bay Area, concertmaster of the International Handel Festival in Göttingen and artistic director of the Corona del Mar Baroque Music Festival. Her love of chamber music has led to collaborations with many renowned ensembles such as Ars Lyrica Houston, Galax Quartet, Musica Pacifica, Sarasa, Ensemble Mirable, Live Oak Baroque and Voices of Music. Blumenstock has been a member of the faculty of the Juilliard Program for Historical Performance Practice since 2016 and teaches at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, the American Bach Soloists’ Summer Festival and Academy and the Valley of the Moon Music Festival. She supports and performs for MUSIC OF HOPE as part of the International Handel Festival Göttingen.
